.Regulations for the Master’s Degree Program
Note:
1. Credit Exemption: The application for credit exemption should be completed by the first semester of the academic year upon enrollment.
2. In accordance with resolution of COM institutional Affairs Council, M.S. students may either take EECS courses or MATH courses (Advanced Calculus I/II, Algebra I/II) as elective courses.
No more than 2 courses (6 credits) could be applied for credit exemption after his/her advisor’s approval.
3. In accordance with resolution of NTHU Curriculum Committee: Thesis (COM 6010/6020) is 0 credit.
4. All M.S. students must complete “Online Academic Research Ethics Education Course of NTHU” during the first year of M.S. program and pass the exams.
