在本次演講中，會先分享 AI 技術在全球應用的趨勢，以及玉山銀行在金融科技的佈局和發展。後續會再分享玉山三個透過資料協助金融業務上的案例與研究：支票識別、喜好基金推薦、金融交易模型研究。在本次分享中，將各自分享這些業務中用數據解決業務問題的難處。在支票識別中，將說明為何這個題目的重要與深度學習是如何成功改善這個作業流程．在基金推薦專案中，我們如何透過機器學習去找出客戶相似的喜好．在金融交易模型研究中，會介紹在進行前期基礎研究時發現的問題，並嘗試提出解決方法。最後，也會分享講者在自身工作的一些經驗，以及在玉山內的工作環境與正在進行的資料科學工程，這不僅只是一項純粹為了吸引人才的項目，更是為了提升玉山甚至台灣金融業在資料科學發展的工作。
In this speech, we will share the global trend and application of AI technology, the development of Fintech in E.SUN Bank and the experience as a data scientist in the banking industry.
We will share 3 projects to illustrate how we leverage data to support business: Automated Check Digitization with deep learning, Mutual Fund Recommendation and the study of Trading Models. In these cases, we will introduce the difficulties we encountered and how to solve the problems by Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Our goal is to let technology embedded in banking business to fulfill digital transformation.

何俊民科長目前任職於玉山銀行智能金融處，從事資料科學工作十餘年，主要在利用 Machine Learning和Deep Learning 的技術結合實驗，協助整體玉山銀行業務發展及作業流程優化與創新。
陳照元專員目前任職於玉山銀行科技長辦公室。主要工作為利用 Machine Learning和Deep Learning 的技術，協助整體玉山銀行業務發展及作業流程優化與創新，專長為將 AI 技術融入在金融交易模型、商品定價與推薦、語音機器人以及自動化模型建立技術。
